Refund Policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Stockster Pro within the first 7 days of your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

We want every subscriber to feel confident about their investment. If Stockster Pro is not the right fit for you, simply contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will process a complete refund.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:

Send an email to contact@stockster.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
Include your registered name and Razorpay payment ID
You may also contact us via WhatsApp

3. Refund processing

Once your refund request is received and verified:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the subscription (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
Your access to Stockster Pro and the private group will be revoked upon refund processing

4. After the 7-day period

After the initial 7-day guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time (see our Cancellation Policy), and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Exceptions

Refunds outside the 7-day guarantee may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:

Technical issues on our end that prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
