Cancellation Policy

1. Easy cancellation

You can cancel your Stockster Pro subscription at any time. No lock-in period, no exit fees, no questions asked.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:

Email: Send a cancellation request to contact@stockster.in with the subject line "Cancel Subscription"
WhatsApp: Message us directly and request cancellation
Razorpay: You can also manage your subscription directly through the Razorpay subscription management link sent in your payment confirmation email

3. What happens after cancellation

Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle
You will continue to have access to Stockster Pro and the private group until the end of your current paid billing period
After your current period ends, you will be removed from the private WhatsApp group and will no longer receive Pro-exclusive content
You will continue to have access to all free content (weekly watchlist, social media posts, public community)

4. Founding Member rate

Please note that if you cancel and wish to re-subscribe at a later date, your Founding Member rate is not guaranteed. You will be charged at whatever the current subscription rate is at the time of re-subscription. Founding Member pricing (₹2,000/month) is locked only for active, continuous subscriptions.

5. Refund on cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. If you are within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund under our Refund Policy.

6. Re-subscription

You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time. Re-subscription will be subject to the subscription rate in effect at that time and will be treated as a new subscription.
