By accessing or using stockster.in ("Website") and any services offered by Stockster ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
Stockster is an online stock market research and education platform operated by Abhay Gupta. The Service includes free content (weekly watchlists, social media posts, market commentary) and a paid subscription tier ("Stockster Pro") that provides filtered stock picks, personal trade alerts, sector rotation analysis, and access to a private community group.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Stockster Pro is a monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay (our payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Your subscription begins on the date of your first successful payment and renews automatically each month on the same date unless cancelled.
The information provided by Stockster is for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be construed as investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any securities. Stockster is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst. SEBI registration is in process.

All content on the Website and within the Service — including text, graphics, logos, analysis, stock picks, and research — is the property of Stockster and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockster and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions made based on information provided through the Service.
Stockster reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
